This is a prime example of why I like Jamie Oliver, not just as a chef, but as a person. Not that I know him personally or anything, but he seems so genuine and down to earth as a person and I really admire that. He is very proud and passionate about what he does and, like he says in the interview, if people are like that and they are genuine, it's contagious. He would be a good role model for any young person, and not just in the food industry.
